Which carrier handles the delivery?
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00, excluding local or national holidays. The delivery service is express and we work with reputable carriers to ensure the best service.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Together with the order confirmation, you will receive an email from Baje Studio with the tracking number, which you can use to track your order.
Can I exchange or return an item of clothing?
Yes. If you have received your order and there is a problem with it, or if you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. You can start the return process via our contact form or send an email to info@bajestudio.com . It's easy: we will provide the return label.
