Taxes and fees for non-EU countries
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
If you are ordering from a country outside the European Union, please be aware that your shipment will go through customs and may be held. In this case, the end customer is responsible for collecting the entire shipment from the local customs authority, as well as for all costs associated with customs clearance.
Customs duties and taxes are never borne by Baje Studio.
Returns / Exchanges
If you change your mind and decide to return your order, please do so within 14 days. If you have received your order and there is a problem with it or you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt.
Baje Studio will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, from the date the package arrived at our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the item(s) being returned to our warehouse via bank transfer. Please remember to provide your IBAN details.
Baje Studio reserves the right to refuse returns if contact is made after the stated period or if the items are not in the same condition as when purchased.
Please note: Due to system limitations, you can only exchange sizes. If you want to exchange an item for another, you must first request a return and then place a new order. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm and we will process your refund. In case of an exchange, we will send the new selected size.
HOW DO YOU PROCEED?

Log in to your account:
Enter your email address in the Email field and click Continue . -
Verification:
In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code. -
Request a return:
Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code. Click on the order you want to request a return for. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return. -
Reason and note:
Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store if desired. Then click Request Return . If your return request is approved and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. -
Refund:
Once your return has been received and inspected by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) to the bank account number used to place the order within 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to appear on your bank account, depending on your bank. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Alternative method:
- Please send an email to info@bajestudio.com with the subject: SERVICE RETURN .
- Please include your order number, name and address.
- Please indicate which items (and quantities) you wish to return and state the reason for return.
- We will provide the return label.
- Once your return has been received and inspected by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the item(s) to the bank account number used to place the order within 3 to 5 business days.
As above, it can take up to 3 days for the amount to appear on your bank account, depending on your bank. Please note that the return costs are at your expense.
