    You can pay for your orders by credit card/ ideal/ paypal or klarna.

  • How much does it cost to deliver an order?
    Baje studio delivery fees are variable, depending on the country/area where your delivery is to be made. Please check the menu Shipping & Returns to know the shipping fee applicable in your case.

  • How long does it take to deliver an order?
    Delivery time varies from 1 to 3 days, depending on the country/ area the delivery is to be made and the dispatch system used. 

  • Which carrier makes the deliveries?
    All orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, except local or national holidays. The delivery service is express and we work with renowned carriers to ensure the best service rate to our customers.

  • How can I track the delivery of my order?
    Along with the order confirmation, Baje studio will send you an email with the tracking number that you can use to track your order.

  • Can I exchange or return a garment?
    Yes. If you have received the order and it has a problem or if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You can initiate a return process in our contact form, or send a e-mail to: info@bajestudio.com. It's easy! We will submit the return label for you.

  • How can I know the proper size?
