Taxes and fees for non-European Union countries
Customs duties and taxes are not included in the final price of our products.
If you are ordering from non-European Union country, please note that your shipment will go through customs and may be held. In these situations, the final customer is responsible for claiming the entire shipment from the local customs authority, as well as bearing all costs related to customs clearance.
Customs duties and taxes are never supported by Baje studio.
Returns/Exchanges
If you have changed your mind and decide to return your order, please return within 14 days. If you have received your order and either you encounter a problem or you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request the return or exchange of the goods within 14 days of receipt.
Baje studio will refund customers in 14 days, from the date of the parcel arrives to our warehouse.
Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of return of the item (s) to the warehouse by bank transfer, please always provide us with your IBAN details.
Baje studio reserves the right to refuse returns in which communication has been made after the deadline, in which items that are not in the same condition as when they were purchased.
Please be advised that you can only exchange sizes due to system limitations. If you wish to change an article for a different one you must first request a return and then place a new order. Once we receive your return at the warehouse, you will receive an email with this notification and we will process your refund. In case of exchanges, we will ship the new size selected.
HERE’S HOW TO PROCEED
1. Log in to your account: Enter your email address in the **Email** field and then click **Continue**.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code. Click on the order for which you want to submit the return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
4. Select a reason for the return and add a note for the store. Click on**Request a return**. If your return request is approved and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
5. Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days.
Once the refund has been made it can take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account. The delay may vary, depending on your bank. Please be aware, return costs are at the customer’s expense.

2. Please give your ordernumber/ Name/ Adress.
3. Inform the articles (and numbers) that you would like to return, indicating the reason for the return.
4. We will submit the return label
5. Once your return has been received and verified by our Customer Service team, we will refund the amount paid for the article(s) to the bank account used for the order in 3 to 5 business days.
